Finding Inner Peace:
Utilizing Nature as a Tool For Growth
Saturday, August 6, 2011
People often think of the outdoors as a way to get away, to exercise, or to simply “lose” themselves. But in fact, nature can be one of the most effective ways to “find” oneself—to gain insight into a particular challenge, re-discover calm within, and still the mind.
The legendary Green Gulch Farm is the ideal setting to begin your exploration. Through simple meditations, group work, self-inquiry and a guided hike, you’ll come away with a new perspective of your native area, a deeper knowledge of your own challenges and barriers, and the tools to help cultivate spontaneous moments of happiness.
